Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cup bisquick mix
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Place on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Drop Biscuits; Do not knead dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Dumplings; Stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew or soup. Reduce heat;cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
