Directions:

  1. Combine potatoes, cheese, red and green peppers in medium bowl.
  2. Stir in mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons potato salad on each ham or turkey slice and roll into a funnel shape.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
