Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray muffin tins with Pam.
  2. Do not use paper liners.
  3. Preheat oven to 375.
  4. Blend all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, soda) and set aside.
  5. In large bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs and extracts.
  6. Mix until light and fluffy.
  7. Slowly mix in flour mixture and yogurt.
  8. Add orange peel and stir until blended.
  9. Spoon batter (it will be thick) into muffin tins.
  10. The batter should come almost to the top of the tin.
  11. Bake at 375 for 22 minutes.
