Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325*F.
  2. In medium bowl gradually whisk sugar into egg yolks.
  3. Gradually whisk remaining ingredients except nutmeg into egg mixture.
  4. Pour into 6 (6oz) custard cups or ramekins.
  5. Place custard cups in 13x9 baking pan. fill around custard cups with 1inch of warm water.
  6. Sprinkle top of custard cups with nutmeg.
  7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Serve warm.
