  2. Add ingredients and combine lightly and quicklyas to not over work batter. it will be slightly sticky.pour into loaf pan and bake till pale blonde. add butter and/or toppings. continue baking till a fine golden brown. let sit till touchably cool, slice, serve, enjoy. also you can take left over pieces and squeeze into balls for easy dumplings for soup.
