Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy saucepan 3-4 quart size, bring sugar, sour cream and butter to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly
  2. Continue boiling 7 minutes or unitl candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended
  4. Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan cool unitl set
  5. Cut into squares and enjoy ....
  6. Makes about 2 1/2 pounds of candy.............
  7. Try it with macadamia nuts .............i made it like that it was truly heavenly .................
