Ingredients:

  • 375 ml flour
  • 125 ml sugar
  • 1 ml salt (optional)
  • 125 ml milk (60 ml of powder , if used)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ml vanilla (optional)
  • 125 ml mixed berries (about)
  • 250 ml grain cereal (optional)

Directions:

  1. Line a muffin tray with 12 paper liners. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix dry ingredients well. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl (vanilla if desired).
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix only until moist.
  4. Add the berries and mix until evenly spread.
  5. Spoon evenly into muffin tin.
  6. Top with cereal and icing sugar.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes Let cool for 10.
