Berry-Mallow Yam Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 (28 oz) cans yams, drained
  • 15 large marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Mix together flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon; cut in butter.
  3. In large bowl, toss half of the crumb mixture with the yams and cranberry sauce and arrange in casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Place marshmallows on top and put under broiler until marshmallows are golden brown and toasty.
