Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F Grease 4-quart casserole.
  2. Mix sugar and cornstarch in 4-quart Dutch oven.
  3. Add berries and lemon juice; toss until evenly coated.
  4. Heat to boiling. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Spoon into casserole dish. Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg in large bowl.
  6. Cut in the butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
  7. Stir in hot water until soft dough forms.
  8. Spoon dough onto berry mixture. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with whipped cream.
  10. Garnish with orange peel.
