Berry and Marshmallow Gratin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the berries and the raspberry liqueur in a bowl.
  2. Stir them gently to coat the berries and transfer them to a 1.5 litre ceramic ovenproof dish.
  3. Top the berries with the marshmallows, making sure they are evenly distributed over the surface.
  4. Preheat a covered or kettle barbecue to medium-high indirect heat and put the dish in the middle of the barbecue.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the berries are bubling and the marshmallow has puffed up and is starting to melt.
  6. Serve the gratin immediately with a big scoop of icecream.
  7. Take care not to burn your mouth on the berries as they will be very hot.
