Lamb Stuffed Bell Peppers II

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry the lamb and onion in a non stick skillet until the lamb is lightly colored.
  2. Add nuts, raisins, spices, mix well and saute 1 minute, season with salt & pepper.
  3. Stuff the peppers, set into a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake in 375F oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle on the lemon juice , not too much.
  7. Serve hot or at room temperature.
