  1. In a bowl. of a mixer, dissolve yeast in warm water add milk and next 5 ingredients. then beat in flour 1 cup at a time. on med high speed
  2. For 1 minute
  3. Dough will be sticky, work 1/4 of the dough at a time. put on a floured board. roll out 1/8 inch thick- cut into 2 inch squares.
  4. Preheat oil to 370 degrees. fry squares in oil, when they rise to the top-flip and cook till brown. drain on paper towels
  5. Dust with sugar and cinnamon
