Ingredients:

  • 100 g carrot
  • 100 g beetroot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Grate carrots and beetroot. Mix with egg, breadcrumbs, garlic and cumin. Form into 4 burgers, and fry for 6 mins each side.
  2. Serve with yogurt and mint dressing, between toasted bread.
