Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven 400 degrees.
  2. Peel and slice beets 1/4 inch thick slices.
  3. Mix oil, solt and beets together.
  4. Layout beets in a single layer on cooking sheet.
  5. Cook 30 minutes, turn off oven let continue cooking for 20-25 minutes more.
