Ingredients:

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 2 tablspoons sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 2 tablspoons oil

Directions:

  1. In large bowl stir the mix with the sugar,cinnamon.
  2. Add beaten eggs,beer,oil.
  3. Stir until moistened.
  4. Add more beer for thinner pancakes(to make wilderness sandwich)
  5. Using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake,pour batter onto heated,greased griddle and cook on each side for about 2 minutes or until golden.
  6. Note:
  7. Wilderness Sandwich
  8. The last pancake that you make,pour thinner then the rest.
  9. Cook .
  10. Butter.
  11. Sprinkle with brown sugar,crumbled cooked bacon.
  12. Roll up jelly roll fashion.
  13. Wrap in hankerchief,place in vest pocket or backpack.
  14. Good for mid-morning,while out and about in the country.
