Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3 cup sifted flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat together the oil, beer, eggs and milk until frothy.
  2. Slowly sift together the dry ingredients into the wet, little by little, blending well through the addition.
  3. Beat the mix until smooth, then spoon onto a hot griddle.
