Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place onion and garlic in food processor. Process until finely chopped.
  2. Add 1/2 cup beer, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
  3. Process and add cheeses and process until smooth.
  4. For a smoother consistency, add remaining beer and process.
  5. Refrigerate 1 week to blend flavors.
