Ingredients:

  • 480 g flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 (12 oz) beer

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour with the yeast, baking powder and salt.
  2. Make a well in the center and add the beer.
  3. Knead.
  4. Form into small rolls.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven for 1/2 an hour.
