Ingredients:

  • 1000 g flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 240 g water

Directions:

  1. Sift together flower and baking powder.
  2. Stir in water.
  3. Knead 10 times and divide into 25 balls.
  4. Steam for 20 min until tender.
