Beer and Scallop Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 500 g scallops
  • 1 cup beer
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 8 skewers

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate covered for one hour or more.
  3. Place a few scallops on each skewer.
  4. Grill on BBQ over medium heat for around 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally and pouring over reserved marinade.
  5. Serve with remaining beer.
