Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice according to package.
  2. Cook beef, celery and green pepper until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender and drain.
  3. Add rice, salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
