Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak , cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz) package egg noodles

Directions:

  1. Sauté onions in 1 tablespoon oil till soft.
  2. Add additional oil and cook steak till brown.
  3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Add wine, soup, salt & pepper; stir well.
  5. Sauté mushrooms in butter. Add paprika & parsley.
  6. Add mushrooms to steak; simmer 10 minutes.
  7. Add sour cream to steak. Heat over low just until warm.
  8. Cook noodles.
  9. Serve over noodles.
