Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simmer beef in water 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
  2. Stir in veggies and spices. Simmer another 30 minutes until tender.
  3. Mix cold water and flour together and stir into hot stew. Boil and stir one minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Serve with bread and butter.
