Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef with onion in skillet on medium high heat, drain.
  2. Add taco seasoning mix, prepare as directed on package.
  3. Top with corn chips and Velveeta, cover.
  4. Cook on low for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Sprinkle with tomatoes.
  6. Serve immediately.
