Beat Summer Heat With Mint And Yoghurt Shake

Ingredients:

  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup mint leaf ( pudina)
  • 4 tbsp sugar , more if necessary
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients (except lemon juice) in a blender.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Add lemon juice and strawberries.
  4. Pour into 2 glasses.
  5. Garnish with a sliced strawberry on each glass.
  6. Serve with ice cubes.
