Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice steak, pork, or chicken into 3-inch long strips.
  2. Marinade the meat in a marinade of your choice for up to 6 hours.
  3. Slice the jalapenos peppers in half and remove the interior and seeds.
  4. Place a strip of meat into each pepper half (sometimes I wil add cheese also) and then wrap pepper in bacon strip.
  5. Place the filled and wraped peppers on skewers and grill until cooked throughout.
