  1. Heat a dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil, then add onion and garlic. Saute until soft.
  3. Remove onions and garlic, add kielbasa and evenly brown.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer for at least 2 hours, stirring frequently.
