Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 dash sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/3 clove garlic
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tbsp green onion
  • 1/2 small tomato
  • 1/10 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup corn

Directions:

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients
  2. Toss remaining ingredients and add dressing and toss again.
