BBQ Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Brown pork chops on both sides about 5 minutes each side and top each pork chop with a thick slice of Spanish onion.
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each pork chop.
  3. Combine 1/3 cup of ketchup and 2/3 cups of water.
  4. Pour mixture over pork chops and cover.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour covered.
  6. Then bake uncovered for 30 more minutes.
