BBQ Cherry Tomato and Jalapeno Kebabs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and cut jalapeno pepper into 5 slices (or use canned slices).
  2. Thread cherry tomatoes and jalapeno onto skewer with two pieces to tomato in their 'natural' orientation with the jalapeno slice in between.
  3. Cook over oiled medium BBQ plate for 5 minutes or so turning occasionally.
