Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion separarted into rings
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2/3 cup bottled of your favorite bbq sauce me i think the best is head country bbq found in ponca city oklahoma you can serving it on line it is the best ive tasted........................................................................
  • optional -you can also tenderized the beef some before cooking

Directions:

  1. TRIM ANY SEPARABLE FAT FROM BEEF, CUT INTO BITE SIZE STRIPS OR CHUNKS
  2. IN A LARGE SKILLET COOK ONION IN HOT OIL OVER MEDIUM -HIGH HEAT ABOUT 3 MINUTES UNTIL ONIONS ARE TENDER
  3. ADD BEEF STRIPS OR CHUNKS.
  4. COOK AND STIR FOR 4- 5 MINUTES TO DESIRED DONENESS, AND IS TENDER.
  5. STIR IN BBQ SAUCE AND LEMON JUICE OR VINEGAR,
  6. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL HEATED THROUGH, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
  7. SPPON BEEF MIXTURE OONTO THE HOAGIE BUN BOTTOMS.
  8. TOP WITH THE CHEESE AND PUT THE TOP OF HOAGIE ON AND SERVE .
  9. MAKES 4 SERVINGS
