Chicken With Honey Lemon

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix oil, lemon juice, pepper, honey, salt and sugar.
  2. Marinate chicken with mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 300 degrees, and roast chicken for 40 minutes basting frequently.
  4. Broil chicken at the last 10 minutes.
