Bbq Baked Onion Rings

Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and put pan in oven
  3. Combine in a large bowl, the first 7 ingredients
  4. Put Panko into a large ziplock bag
  5. Dip onion rings into flour mix
  6. A couple at a time, put onion rings into bag with Panko and shake to coat
  7. Repeat with remaining onion rings
  8. Take baking sheet out of oven and place onions on baking sheet
  9. Bake for 5 minutes
  10. Rotate pan and bake another 5 minutes
  11. Turn rings over and lightly spray with cooking spray
  12. Bake 5 minutes, rotate pan and bake for a final 5 minutes
