Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the hash browns, old bay, parsley, black pepper and bay shrimp; mix thoroughly
  2. Next in a separate mixing bowl whisk the eggs and flour together until smooth and pour mixture into the hash browns.
  3. Next mix the mixture until evenly incorporated.
  4. Now using a spoon or scooper drop small amounts of the mixture into a 350 degree fryer and cook until golden brown,
  5. Once cooked remove from the fryer and serve immediately.
