Bay Shrimp Fritters

Ingredients:
6 ounces hash browns
2 ounces eggs
4 ounces bay shrimp
2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon parsley
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl add the hash browns, old bay, parsley, black pepper and bay shrimp; mix thoroughly
2. next in a separate mixing bowl whisk the eggs and flour together until smooth and pour mixture into the hash browns.
3. Next mix the mixture until evenly incorporated.
4. now using a spoon or scooper drop small amounts of the mixture into a 350 degree fryer and cook until golden brown,
5. once cooked remove from the fryer and serve immediately.
