Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix the dried ingredients together.
  2. Add the water.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Coat the food with batter and deep fry.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
