This is good for fried mushrooms, onion rings, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Also good for fish and chicken strips. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together with wire whisk.
2. Dip veggies, chicken, etc. in batter, then deep fry in hot oil.
