Basil Cheddar Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz medium cheddar, grated
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp purple opal basil, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups rice krispies

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl mix cheese, butter, Tabasco and mustard.
  3. Blend in flour and chopped basil.
  4. When combined, stir in cereal and blend well.
  5. Shape into small balls. Place on greased baking sheet and flatten with the bottom of a lightly floured glass.
  6. Bake 15 minutes and serve hot.
