Basic Tomato Sauce

Directions:

  1. Put olive oil in a skillet and add onion and garlic. Saute for a couple minutes till they begin to brown/soften. Add tomatos, tomato paste & spices and some red wine and a bit of honey if you like. Stir together and simmer till it has thickend to desired consistancy. Serve!
