Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Warm broth, set aside
  2. Toast barley, set aside
  3. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic til tender
  4. Add barely and 1/2 cup of broth, sautee on med/hi til liquid absorbs.
  5. Add 1/2 broth at a time, add more after liquid is absorbed. (approximately 20 mins)
