Ingredients:

  • 2 cups barley
  • 4 plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions:

  1. Cook barley (2.5 h20 to 1 cup, 30 minutes)
  2. Rinse barley with cold water
  3. To a Large Mixing bowl add:
  4. Diced tomatoes
  5. Chopped Parsley
  6. Sesame seeds
  7. Smashed garlic
  8. Some salt
  9. Barley
  10. Dash or sesame oil, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  11. Mix gently but well, cool and serve.
