Ingredients:

  • 1 cup barley
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup salsa

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 F degrees.
  2. Melt butter and saute onion and barley.
  3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Add rest of ingredients.
  5. Cook 1 hour covered.
