Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Place ribs in a 13 x 9 baking dish Season with salt and pepper Combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over ribs Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. Turn ribs.
  3. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours longer, until tender.
  4. Skim off fat and spoon remaining sauce over ribs.
