Barbecued Beef Brisket

Ingredients:

  • 1 (4 -5 lb) beef brisket
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp liquid smoke

Directions:

  1. Mix last four ingredients together and pour over the beef brisket.
  2. Marinate several hours or overnight. Cover completely with foil or use covered baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
  4. Cool, slice and enjoy.
