Barbecued Banana Split

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups m & 's
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups peanuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Place half of a banana on foil. Slice from end to end.
  2. Place 1/4 cup chips, marshmallows, m&m's, reese's pieces, and peanut butter on top of banana.
  3. Wrap loosely with foil.
  4. Repeat with more bananas.
  5. Place on barbecue 3-5 minutes until candies and marshmallows melt.
  6. Top with whipped cream or ice cream, pecans and peanuts.
  7. Note: These may be done in the oven at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
