Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to hot.
  2. Cook rice in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, uncovered until tender.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cut wings tips, and then half the wings.
  5. Combine sauces in a large bowl, add the chopped garlic and wine and season.
  6. Add the wings, toss to coat.
  7. Place the chicken, in a single layer, in an ovenproof dish, roast uncovered about 20/25 min or until thoroughly cooked.
  8. Serve with the cooked rice.
