Ingredients:

  • 1 thin chocolate stick (eg matchmakers)
  • ice cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Without peeling or cutting the bananas pierce length ways with a long skewer. As you pull out the skewer insert a chocolate stick.
  2. Repeat two or three times ( depends on size of banana or how much you like chocolate).
  3. Place bananas on hot BBQ turning occasionally cook for about 15 to 20 minuets. When cooked carefully open skin and if not adding ice cream place on tin foil and eat if adding Ice cream scoop flesh out of skin into a dish (remember to warn the kids that these are hot.).
