Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk, golden syrup and butter in a pan.
  2. Bring to the boil stirring continuously.
  3. Stir over medium heat until mixture is golden (approximately 7 minutes).
  4. Combine banana and lemon juice, place in pastry flan.
  5. Spread caramel mixture evenly over banana, refrigerate.
  6. Decorate with whipped cream.
