Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice the bananas long ways and then cut each piece in half (do not peel first).
  2. Sprinkle sugar liberally on the large cut surface of each banana piece.
  3. Place under a broiler until sugar caramelizes, or use a butane torch to caramelize each piece individually.
  4. Peel banana pieces and serve.
