Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and brush both sides with melted butter.
  3. Bake until golden, about 7 to 8 minutes
  4. If they puff up, press down with a spatula.
  5. In a small saucepan, stir brown sugar, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon water over medium heat.
  6. Stir in 4 tablespoons butter until melted.
  7. Slice bananas diagonally 1/4 inch thick and arrange in overlapping circles on tortillas.
  8. Brush brown sugar mixture evenly over bananas.
  9. Bake until shiny, about 10 minutes.
  10. Cut into wedges; serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
